Payment issues
  • Ensure credit card information is correct (including expiration date and cvc)

  • Banks often want the information provided in the membership profile (your address, etc.) to match the information provided to the bank/on the credit card

Login issues
  • Make sure username and password are correct. Password & Username are case sensitive. Make sure there are no spaces before or after username or password.

  • After three failed attempts to log in, you will be added to the firewall (white screen with an error message will appear) – let us know and we can fix this

  • Only one email can be associated with an account.  If you try to make multiple accounts using the same email, you will receive an error message (all people on one plan should be included under the same account/username)
