Martial arts provide a great way for people of all abilities to work their brain and body. You can stay in shape, keep your mind active, and learn to defend yourself all at once! Our hapkido blend curriculum balances the cardio workout of styles like kickboxing with the mental focus of kali, and the self-defense art of hapkido and jiu-jitsu. Martial arts and exercises can make you feel better mentally and physically, so stretch your muscles, shake off the stress of the day with a round on the punching bag, and start making connections between your right and left brain as you learn intricate techniques and practical defenses. We will help you tailor the class to your body, abilities, and your needs, so you get exactly what you want out of it.

- Flexibility and Safety - our stretches and warmups ensure your body is staying flexible, and our curriculum teaches how to fall correctly and avoid injuries
